I spoke with Michelle and Matt on separate occasions and both were very nice and welcoming. There was no pressure I felt like I was having a conversation with a friend while speaking with Matt. He explained things to me in a way I could understand it and allowed me to tell him information about my house without interrupting and he was very informative. I plan to let me family and friends know of this company. They have great customer service. He helped me out when I was on the border of feeling like I had to sell my home. He gave me his honest opinion and helped me settle my mind on what I was going to do.

As a Real Estate Professional, I have the opportunity to work with many investment companies and Superior Real Estate Solutions truly takes care of their clients! They have been great to work with and I would highly recommend them!

This company was incredible to work with when selling my home. I had no idea where to start with selling and the processes that went into it all, and I am so happy I went with these trustworthy individuals because they were kind, honest, and very fair throughout the entire process. My experience with them was very smooth and I felt extremely cared for – they were very patient with explaining everything to me, giving me a fair offer and 100% keeping to their commitments. I greatly recommend them to anyone!

I contacted Superior Real Estate Solutions when I decided I just wanted to sell my home without all the hassle of dealing with Real Estate agents, open houses and haggling back and forth on selling/purchase price.

Brett Buras quickly returned my call and we discussed the process in general terms. Liking what I heard, we arranged to meet at the property for his inspection. After that, Brett laid out in detail how the process would go if we were able to come to agreement on a selling price. That process included making me an offer later that day, which he did. He also explained that once an agreement was reached and paperwork signed we would close as quickly as possible, most likely within 30 days.
Upon coming to an agreement on price, Brett was careful to explain that there were no other fees or costs, so I knew exactly how much I was to receive.

Final paperwork was signed within 24 hours and the closing held at an attorney’s office in less than 30 days. I could not have been more pleased with the entire process and outcome; nor would I hesitate to do business with Superior in the future.

Superior Real Estate Solutions purchased my home in Brandon, I worked with Jeremy, and he was the best. Brett J. Buras, one of the owners was honest and helpful. We had requested to stay in the house for 30 days and they were glad to help us out, then our plans changed and they were able to close within 10 days. If you have a house you need to sell and time is a concern to you GIVE THEM A CALL! you can’t go wrong!

When I needed to sell my single family rental house, Brett Buras of Superior Real Estate Solutions offered a fair amount of cash for the house in “as is” condition. He inspected the premises within a short period of time, found no issues that could have prevented to go through with the contract. He arranged for the closing within a reasonable time frame, paid the closing costs as agreed and closed in the agreed time. I was very satisfied with the ease and honesty of the process which all together did not take more than one month.
